The Venue
At Evergreen Village we go a step above the rest. Our goal is to help create the most stress free day for the two of you. Things that you will not have to worry about include ceremony set up and take down, everything (with the exception of alcohol) involved with the bar, the reception area will be set up and taken down, the meal, and end of night clean up. This helps to simplify things by having one contact for all your venue needs.
The Grounds
Our established yard with mature maples and evergreens as well as expansive lawn is the perfect backdrop for your wedding. There are a multitude of natural locations spread out over the 8 acres to capture your perfect photos. Throughout the day guests have many spaces to wander and relax including the spacious grounds where lawn games can be set up. The large cobblestone patio with its outdoor bar is the perfect place for cocktail hour drinks and appetizers. As the sun goes down the brick fireplace is lit for your enjoyment. We take care of it all.
The Ceremony
Should you desire a romantic ceremony in a garden or an intimate one under a canopy of trees your imagination is the only limiting factor. Just a sampling of our many ceremony site options are:

• Multiple vine covered arches
• Rustic fountain
We can set up your ceremony anywhere that you would like on the entire yard . We will provide and set up the chairs and sound system, and clean everything up afterwards. Should the weather not cooperate on your wedding day we also have plenty of room indoors for your ceremony.
The Meal
Chef Pete has a passion for making your meal the best it can be. He uses only the finest freshest ingredients that are sourced locally where possible. All meals are prepared from scratch in Evergreen Village’s licenced kitchen ensuring your food is always hot and fresh.
The House
The vintage farm house is the perfect private escape. It includes multiple rooms for getting ready, as well as a make up room with natural lighting. With many classic features the farm house is perfect for your intimate photos. Whether using it to relax before the wedding, prepare for your special day or to just chill, the house is included in the venue fee and yours for the entire day.
